Insignium Wealth Management AG is an asset manager authorised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) — licence number F01288948 — in accordance with the Federal Act on Financial Institutions (FINIG). We are also subject to direct supervision by FINMA and OSFIN under the Anti-Money Laundering Act 1997 (AMLA).
We offer two types of service mandates: Discretionary Asset Management and Advisory services (both portfolio-related and transactional advice). At account-opening stage, we inform every client of the costs associated with the services provided.
By law, Insignium Wealth Management AG classifies clients as Private or Professional clients. This classification affects the level of investor protection and access to certain financial instruments or services. Clients who are entitled to change category may do so upon written request.
Regardless of classification, Insignium Wealth Management AG is committed to ensuring the best possible outcome for every client in terms of cost, timing, and quality.
Suitability and Appropriateness: When establishing your investment risk profile, we collect all necessary information about your knowledge, experience, financial situation, and objectives. This allows us to verify that our recommendations are genuinely suitable and appropriate for your individual needs.

Ombudsman
Insignium Wealth Management AG takes all client concerns seriously and will make every reasonable effort to resolve any complaint promptly and fairly.
